Illinois Girls Baseball is a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization registered in the state of Illinois. We strive to provide opportunities for girls to play baseball with other girls and enjoy the game while also being aware of the social conditions that have shaped their personal experiences. Our teams are focused on player development, not only as baseball players, but also as young women, ambassadors for women's baseball, and for social change.

In 2019, we affiliated with Major League Baseball's Reviving Baseball in Inner-Cities (RBI) program. With this partnership, we are able to offer camps, clinics, tournaments, and league play in the city of Chicago. Girls do not need to live in Chicago to participate. They just need a desire to play baseball.

Since 2015, our teams have participated in Baseball For All's Nationals. Without the support of Baseball For All, Illinois Girls Baseball would never have been created.

The Chicago Baseball & Education Academy has generously hosted our events since 2017. Led by MLB All-Star and Chicago native, Curtis Granderson, CBEA works to build great citizens through baseball, education and mentorship.
